Funding for the Circular Economy project

Exmot Sulewski spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością received support from European Funds for the implementation of the project: Development of a business model for the Circular Economy – transformation in the company EXMOT SULEWSKI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

The project consisted of using consulting services, within which a thorough analysis of the current state of the enterprise was carried out and a business model based on the circular economy was developed. The study contains clear transformation goals that are consistent with the mission, vision and long-term strategy of the enterprise. Areas that require changes were identified, such as operational processes, technology, organizational culture. A SWOT analysis was carried out in the scope of implementing the Circular Economy model. A risk analysis was carried out taking into account climate risks. A schedule of actions implementing the Circular Economy transformation model was also developed and investments in fixed assets, intangible assets and legal rights as well as in software and their costs necessary for the implementation of the Circular Economy transformation were indicated. Indicators from the Circular Economy Index of enterprises and indicators from the Circular Economy Transformation Index of enterprises were shown.
