Personal data protection

We kindly inform you that on 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/16/EC (“GDPR”), entered into force.
We would like to assure you that we make every effort to ensure that your personal data contained in our database is adequately protected.
Information clause
1) The administrator of your personal data is EXMOT Sulewski Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ełk, 19-300, ul. Przemyslowa 6b.
2) In case of any doubts related to the processing of your data, please contact the Data Administrator at the e-mail address exmot@exmot.pl.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of commercial cooperation, implementation of concluded agreements, information on the activities of EXMOT Sulewski Sp. z o.o. for analytical and statistical purposes, in order to direct marketing content during the performance of the agreement or the recruitment process until its completion on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letters a, b, c, f GDPR.
4) The recipients of your personal data may be the following categories of entities: service providers supplying EXMOT Sulewski Sp. z o.o. in technical and organizational solutions enabling ongoing management of the organization (in particular providers of ICT and accounting services, courier and postal companies, companies professionally disposing of documents).
5) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
6) Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent referred to in art. 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR, for the period required by law or until the limitation period for mutual claims expires.
7) You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8) If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
9) Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the proper performance of contracts. Failure to provide this data will prevent the preparation of the necessary documentation.
10) Your data will not be used for automated decision-making.
